Unlimited Monthly Pass (Membership) Terms & Conditions
• Memberships are site-specific and cannot be used at other Living H2O Car Wash locations.
​
• At the time of redemption, you may upgrade your wash to a higher-level exterior wash or the equivalent or higher-level full-service wash. Add-on services are available for purchase as well. Passes may be used for a maximum of one wash per day.
​
• Memberships are tied to one specific vehicle. If you own multiple vehicles, you must purchase a separate membership for each vehicle. If you no longer own the registered vehicle, see a Living H2O representative to have your pass transferred to your new vehicle. Customers who violate this policy may have their pass immediately terminated without a refund.
​
• Membership promotions that provide the first month at a discount are only eligible for vehicles that have not had an active pass within the past 12 months. Vehicles that have had a membership within the last 12 months may still sign up for a monthly pass but must pay full price.
​
• By purchasing a Monthly Unlimited Pass, you authorize Living H2O Car Wash or its authorized agent to charge your debit or credit card account every month.
​
• Draft authority will remain in effect until Living H2O Car Wash receives a written or verbal request to discontinue the pass at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled draft. Failure to notify Living H2O within this timeframe may result in one additional draft that will not be refunded; however, you will be able to wash through the remainder of that billing cycle.

• If your card is declined for any reason, you must provide a replacement card for payment, or the pass will be deactivated immediately.
​
• Unlimited Monthly Passes are deeply discounted and may not be combined with other offers.
